Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Maize flour - 1 Tablespoo
Ginger - 1/2 grated
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Sarson greens - 1 bunch
Spinach - 1 bunch
Onion - 1, grated
Paneer - 1 Tablespoon, grated
Butter or Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Garlic - 1/2 grated
Green Chillies - 3
Lemon - 1/2
Directions
Chop sarson greens and spinach, wash and drain. Heat oil in the pressure cooker. Add the greens and green chillies and stir. Add ginger and garlic and stir. Add few pinches of salt and 1cup of water. Cover the cooker and cook till done (up to 2 whistles). Mash the vegetables well. Heat butter or ghee in a pan, add onion and saute till brown. Add all other ingredients, except paneer. Stir well and cook till the oil separates. Garnish with paneer. Serve piping hot with makki ki roti or paratha.
