Ginger - 1 small piece
Tomato - 2, medium size
Bay leaves - 2
Clove - 1
For Gravy Onion - 1, medium
Oil - as needed, for frying
Plain flour or Gram glour - 2 Tablespoons
Coriander leaves - as needed to garnis
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
For Koftas Cabbage - half, shredded
Cardamom - 1
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Directions
Take the shredded cabbage in a bowl, add flour and make small round balls with the same. Deep fry the balls in the hot oil and keep aside. In a seperate pan heat 1 teaspoon of oil and add bay leaves. Add the spices, salt, and sugar. Let the paste cook till the oil seperates. You can add little water if the paste is too thick, in order to avoid burning. Switch off the flame and add the koftas. Cover till serving. Before serving garnish with fresh coriader leaves.
