Sweet Potato Kheer recipe

Ingredients   (Measurement Conversion Calculator)

Sweet Potato - 100 gm
Milk - 1 litre
Cardamom -
Rose essence - few drops
Almond - 50 gm
Butter or Ghee - 25 gm
Sugar - 250 gm
Cashew Nut - 50 gm


Directions

Heat oil and fry cashew nuts and almond. Boil the sweet potatoes and peel off the skin. Mash the boiled potatoes. Boil the milk and add sugar and potatoes. Add the fried nuts and boil for some more time until the kheer thickens. Mix rose essence in little water and sprinkle on the kheer along with cardamom powder. Serve hot or cold as desired.
