Ingredients   (Measurement Conversion Calculator)

Color - 3 drops (or as needed)
Pistachio - 8 to 10, sliced
Cardamom powder - 0.5 teaspoon
Sugar - 300 gm
Khoya - 500 gm
Cookie moul


Directions

Grate khoya. Powder sugar. Mix khoya and sugar together in a skillet. Heat on low flame , stiring continously. Cook till the mixture thickens. It should form a very soft lump. Cool for 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder and colour. Mix well. Take a small fistful of mixture. Form a ball and press into the cookie mould. Turn out carefully. Press 2-3 slices of pistachio in the centre. Repeat for remaining mixture.




Sweet dish, served as dessert, suitable for vegetarians
