Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Ghee or Butter - 2.5 Tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
Plain flour - 2 Tablespoons
Pistachio and Almond nuts - few, chopped, for decoratio
Sugar or Jaggery - 0.75 to 1 cup
Directions
Heat ghee or butter in a saucepan. Add flour and roast on low flame, stirring continuously. Parallely boil water and sugar mixture and bring to 1:2 consistency. When the atta turns golden brown, add the syrup. Stir gently and continuously till excess water evaporates and the fat separates. Decorate with chopped nuts. Serve hot.
