Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Green chillies - 3-4, finely chopped
Oil - as needed to deep fr
Dill leaves - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Coriander - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Chick peas - 1 cup
Directions
Wash and soak chick peas for at least 3-4 hours. Keep 2 Tablespoons of pulses aside and grind the rest (fine grinding is not required). Mix all other ingredients to it, including whole pulses. Add 2-3 Tablespoons hot oil to the mixture. Make pattie shaped rounds with moist palm. Heat oil in pan and put them carefully into the hot oil (not all at a time). Fry them until golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup or any dip.
