Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Onion - 1, medium
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 4-6 Tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Tamarind - 2 Tablespoons
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Eggs - 6, hard-boiled
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to tast
Green chillies - 5 to 6
Directions
Boil the tamarind and sugar in water for 5-6 minutes and prepare a chutney. The chutney should be sweet and sour in taste. Make 4 pieces out of each egg. Mix all the ingredients together, add 1 Tablespoon of cutney to it and mix thoroughly. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon pieces.
