Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Salt - to taste
Cream - 125 g
Flour - 125 gm
Cashew Nuts - 100 gm
Garlic - 25 gm
Plain yoghurt - 250 gm
Chicken - 6 pieces, boneless
Ginger - 25 gm
Cardamom - 10 gm
Cornflour - 100 gm
Egg - 3
White Pepper - 25 gm
Cheese - 200 gm
Directions
Make individual pastes of garlic, cardamom and cashew nuts. Add all ingredients to the chicken pieces and mix well. Leave covered (preferably in the refrigerator) for at least 1? hours. Place the chicken pieces in a pre-heated grill, turning once until the ckicken is lightly brown. Serve hot with salad and your choice of chutney (preferably sweet mango chutney).
