Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons
Egg - 2
Milk - 2 Tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Tomato - 1, chopped
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Green chilli - 1, chopped
Black pepper - to tast
Directions
Mix the eggs, onion, chilli, tomato, salt, pepper and coriander leaves in a bowl. Beat into a smooth batter. Heat butter in a microwave safe plate at high power (100%) for half minute. Evenly spread the battered egg on the dish. Microwave at medium high power (80%) for 6 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top. Microwave at same power for 1 more minute till the cheese melts. Serve hot with any chutney or sauce or dip.
