Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Oil - as needed, for frying
Coriander powder - 0.25 teaspoon
Onion - half, finely chopped into small piece
Bread - 4 slices
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Gram flour - 1 cup
Directions
Blend gram flour by adding some water. Mix salt, chilli powder, corriander powder, onions and some corriander leaves for taste. Heat oil in a pan. Cut each bread into four pieces. Dip each bread piece in the paste. Deep fry in oil till golden brown. Serve them with your choice of dip or chutney or ketchup.
