Mango Sherbat recipe

Ingredients   (Measurement Conversion Calculator)

Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Raw mango - 3 or 4
Salt - to taste
Crushed ice - littl
Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon


Directions

Boil the mangoes and store in a container along with the juice. Take the mango juice, mango flesh, salt, red chilli powder, sugar and cinnamon powder. Mix the ingredients well until a smooth paste is obtained. Take a portion of the mango paste in a glass, add water and crush ice as needed. Mix well and serve.




Served as drink, ideal for summer
