Oil - 7 Tablespoon
Red chilli - 8
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Peeled prawns - 1 kg
Onion - 1 kg
Vinegar - 2 1/2 Tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Directions
Marinate the prawns with vinegar, salt, chillies and cumin powder and leave aside for 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped onions until brown. Add the prawns to the pan and fry for 10 more minutes. Cover the pan and cook at low heat. Do not add any water to the pan. Remove from heat once done. Serve hot with any Indian rice item.
