1/4 cup barbecue sauce
12 oz chili sauce
Pepper
Seasoning salt
1 cup grape jelly
Oil, as needed to fr
4 to 6 pork chops
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together chili sauce, barbecue sauce and grape jelly. Keep aside. Season chops on both sides with seasoning salt and pepper. Brown pork chops with a little oil in a skillet, just until outside is browned. Spoon 1 to 2 tbsp of sauce mix into the bottom of a crock pot. Put in 2 to 3 chops and pour half the mixture over chops. Place rest of chops on top, and spoon the remaining sauce over them. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hr.
