Sugar - 750 gm
Directions
Peel the pineapple ans slice into small pieces. Add saline water to the pineapple pieces and mix well. Leave aside for some time. Heat water in a deep pan, add sugar to it and boil until a thick juice is obtained. Add the pineapple pieces to the pan, add little water and stir continuously. Cook until a smooth mixture is obtained. When the jelly thickens remove the pan from heat. Allow the jelly to cool down. Store in a clean air-tight container.
