Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
Sugar - 750 gm

Directions
Cut the pineapple into 4 equal pieces. Scoop out the pineapple flesh as much as you can. Add the scooped pineapple in a pan and cook over low heat until the juice dries out. Remove from heat. Add sugar and vinegar to the dry pineapple and cook over low heat. Stir continuously when the mixture starts boiling and the sugar starts melting. When the jam thickens, turn down the heat and cook for some more time. Keep stirring to avoid sticking. When the jam is thick enough, remove from heat. Allow the jelly to cool down. Store in a clean air-tight container.
