Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Butter - 4 Tablespoons
Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken - 1 kg
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1/2 cup
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 4 cloves, paste
Green pepper - 1, chopped
Tomato sauce - 4 Tablespoon
Skin of lemon - 2 teaspoons, chopped
Directions
Wash the chicken pieces and dry with kitchen towels. Heat butter in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until brown and keep aside. Fry garlic and lemon skin with the remaining butter and keep aside. Mix soya sauce, fried garlic and lemon skin, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Also add red chilli powder, green pepper and tomato sauce thoroughly. Add chicken pieces to the mixture and leave for 30 minutes. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes. Grease a baking tray with little butter or olive oil. Place the marinated chicken pieces with all ingredients. Bake at highest temperature for 20 minutes. Serve with your choice of salad.
