Ingredients (Measurement Conversion Calculator) Tomato - 1/2 cup, grated
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 1/2 cup
Chicken - 500 gm
Plain yoghurt - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to tast
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cardamom - 3
Onion paste - 1/2 cup
Whole pepper - 10 to 12
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin paste - 1 teaspoon
Directions
Marinate the chicken pieces with yoghurt, turmeric powder, ginger paste and garlic paste. Also add onion paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin paste and cardamom powder to it. Heat oil in a pan. Add tomato, onion, cardamom and whole pepper to the oil and fry for few minutes. Add the chicken pieces to the oil and cover it. Keep the heat at minimum. Leave the chicken until fully cooked. Serve hot with naan or rice.
